Discrepancy - the fibre woven into our minds
Once intermingled, a tangled fate never to be unraveled
In a wondrous, yet ever so dark a universe
Do we exist as a being, of thought and mind and soul and emotion,
Or of tangible body of a non-existent mind?
What yields from our outstretched palm,
A seed of a ponderous new age shrouded in a veil of busy doubt
Or the quiet note that signals doom,
A key we are damned without?
