What do you like to do, how old are you, what are your hobbies other than gaming, etc. Im 18 go to the University of Oklahoma and i like hanging out with friends, doing the dirty, playing World of Warcraft, and idolizing my hero Zyos. What was the first video game you really got into? Well my first favorite game was Mario Kart. It was just flat out the bomb. But halo was the first fps game I got into. How much time do you spend playing halo 2? I Hardly spend anytime playing halo 2 lately but I plan on living it before the conference and championship tournaments Do you ever get bored of halo 2? YES! That's why I play WoW and CS with the ogres, walsh, and saiyan. Do you play any other video games? (elaborate especially on this if possible) In fact I do. My current game I play a whole lot of is world of warcraft. It's not an fps but hella fun and real addicting. I play some counterstrike every once in a while, but I've pretty much been dominating WoW as of late. Out of all the other players you've met, who do you think is the best all around halo 2 player in the world? Well in my opionion I think the twins are the best all around(ogre1,ogre2). I rank them evenly cause, well they are twins. (laughs) What got you into the tournament scene? Where did it begin? / What does your family think about all of your publicity and halo playing? When I first started playing halo I knew some friends that went to the first AGP so thats how I actually started to know about tournaments. Then MLG Dallas came and I went there for my first tourney, and I got top16 in the FFA so I figured I wasnt that bad at the game and just kept on going ever since. My parents are cool with me going to tourneys and stuff as long as my grades are good in school. [Halo specific questions] How did you get so good at Halo? (laughs) I guess I just played it a lot and played with some good people that knew what they were doing at the start. If someone wanted to get better at Halo, what advice would you give them? Just to try to play with the best people you can. The better people you play the better you get. What is the most important part of being a good halo player? Flipping your collar up for good luck. You're not a true player if you don't do so. You've been acknowledged as one of the better players out there, but other gamers like the Ogres, Walshy, Zyos, and T2 have been getting a lot more attention. Why do you think that is? umm.. Prolly because they are going out there trying to get attention and I don't really want any. (laughs) I'm more into doing good at school and getting a good job then being "Halo God". There haven't been too many top teams coming to tournaments. Plenty of good players, but not all of them good teams. What do you think needs to change before video game tournaments will have more top teams? More Money in tourneys. Paid out on time also. What is your favorite map? Ivory Tower. What is your favorite weapon / weapon combo? Bruteshot. What is your favorite gametype, and how do you go about winning it? TS Ivory Tower. All you gotta do is run around no scoping people and then it's a pretty simple win. What has been your favorite major tournament so far? Well this season I would have to say St. Louis because we had a real good series with 3D and it was super fun even though we couldnt pull through in the clutch. What do you plan to do with your gaming career in the future? Not too much, just keep going to tourneys I can go to and dominating pretty much. Makin the moolah.
