An impossible challenge... beaten
In late June of this year, a streamer known as moistcr1tikal challenged the world: beat Halo 2, on Legendary, with All Skulls (except Envy, which makes things easier) On, in a single run... with no deaths. Nobody had ever done this before. He offered $5000 for this feat. A lot of people tried. Every single one of them failed. Mostly they failed so hard that on July 16, he upped the stakes: the prize was now $20,000. Gradually, it became clear that if this was going to be completed... it was going to be JerValiN that did it. And today... that's what happened. There are some people that can never be thanked enough for what they have meant to the Halo games, our founder being one, but the team at Rooster Teeth has also been essential to the growth and success of Halo. For this season, the TV show 'The Amazing Race' is featuring internet stars, including Burnie and Ashley from the home of Red Vs Blue! The Sprint Season 2- Episodes 1 & 2
While we had the teaser not too long ago, 343 Industries has surprised us today with the release for both Episode 01 'Composer' and Episode 2 'Press Start' of season 2 of The Sprint! Go watch them and see more of the musical composition process for Halo 5, as well as the motion performance stage-to-capture development of the opening cinematic for Osiris. In the meantime, you can also mark your calendar to expect episodes 3 and 4 the day before Halo 5 launches (Oct 26th) and episodes 5 and 6 a few weeks after (Nov 16th). (MacGyver10 20:12:38 UTC)

Catching up on RvBS13
The heat here in Seattle has fried my brain; we're two weeks behind on Red vs Blue Season 13. And that's no good, because the series is AWESOME. Episode 14, Counseling, focuses on getting people who don't like each other to find nice things to say about each other (yeah, that doesn't always work), while Episode 15, Armonia, Part One, gets Carolina to face an old foe. Digging a hole and leaking information
MacGyver10 asked about some concept art that was shown in an Xbox Daily: LIVE video recorded at E3 last week... and while his question is a good one, you should take a look at the video he referenced just for general new Halo information! Frank O'Connor and Kiki Wolfkill join Major Nelson and Tiffany Smith about 8:30 in, and for the next five and a half minutes, they talk about Halo 5, with tangents into things like the Fall of Reach Animated Series (which is what MacGyver10 was asking about). You Better Watch Out
Episode 9 of Red vs Blue Season 13 is now out for the general public - and that Santa guy we met last time? Yeah... he seems like he could use some lessons in basic human thought processes. There are things you just don't offer! This one definitely ramps up the tension - go watch! (And we didn't mention it last week when it was released, but there was a new PSA - The Sound of Stupid. I'd never heard of ASMR before... but it's okay, this PSA isn't really about that.)
