Like coordinating a marching band, but bigger.
Due to a complicated sales manouver by Microsoft, players of Halo 3 in Europe and Africa have caused an intriguing pattern to be created on Bungie's Players Online map (visible both on their website and in the Matchmaking lobby on Xbox LIVE). It's unclear how long they can convince these players to stay online (and thus keep the pattern up) - one would imagine it wouldn't be more than another 6-12 hours. Thanks to all who noticed this - looks like profhalo was first. (Louis Wu 14:06:15 UTC)
