This series is fantastic, really something else! The concept is ingenious, but then I am biased because I always find what goes on 'behind the scenes' just as exciting as the regular stuff, if not more so. Therefore I am sorry to hear that you are finishing it, but in the end it is your story and your decision.
You know, you could always leave it for a while, do other stuff that you want to do, then come back to it when you regain interest. OK, so I have no experience of writing fanfics, but I find that I do come back to old topics every so often; might be the same for you.
Of course I might just be overly optimistic, but what can I say, I'm a fan!

Awesome story walker, keep up the fantastsic work. Lol, grunts attacking eachother with batons. It will be interesting to see how they fight in the next chapters. Oh and sorry for lack of posts in the last few weeks, my grandma died and I've been busy with the holidays and all.

Who the heck is that guy who keeps posting a period? Are you in danger?? Are trying to type to get help!? If yes, type a semicolon in you next posting. We'll find you, don't you worry!
Anyway, Walker, I respect your decision to drop this series, but I'd still like to see some more...even if it's a big spoof thingy where you have them doing excersizes by running around in circles and yelling "I can light myself on FIRE!" or "Can't run with thing on back!".

I would also be disappointed if you stopped the series, but it's really your choice. Regardless it is an excellent story. You have some talent.

Well, the title of the next chapter is "Deployed"... I think I might extend the final training session a bit instead of making it just a few paragraphs... but that chapter will be huge, so I won't be submitting it... just for my personal copy of the story.

Don't worry Walker, Your true fans will find it. It's a shame you have to rush to finish this, but I understand. You've spent so much time just describing the training that you've really set yourself up for a long haul in this series, unless of course you just want to skip the rest and get these guys out in action. Either way I'll be happy, as long as you keep writing.

Although I find it dissapointing you do not want to continue this series and are bored with it, by all means if you do not want to then dont continue it. Regardless, I thought it was a great story. 9.9/10

Another nice story. Not quite as developed but I think this is what qualifies as the slow portion...right?
