Nice, though I must agree with what Mainevent said: A real PLANETARY base would have tens of thousands of people living and working on it. Now a CP or something like that might be different...

Assuming your correct, and there are only six hundred marines on this base, and also assuming that it's one of the largest in the outer colonies, I know why we're getting beat.
Real bases have tens of thousands of men and women stationed on or near them.

welcome back monitor...good story, i liked how you explaiend the base defenses of the HQ...this sounds interesting, big ass convenant attack force moving in...what's gonna happen...i wonder
