just looking at ur title reminds me of a latin saying also the slogan of an air force squadron in korea: "Audentes Fortuna Juvat" - Fortune Favors the Bold. good story.

very captivating. keeps the reader in suspense for the next chapter. For the little you talked about the character, you did a great job on character devlopment.
