Welcome everyone to monday night wrestling, in one corner is Sergant B----!

In the other corner is Walker----!

*ding, ding, ding*

Chill y'all, and FOrunnER, nice story, and I can't wait for that climax part of the series. Keep on trucking.

Okay, since the marine corps only has three divisions(with the exception of the 4th marine division),that means a lieutenant general will command divisions, generals I don't know, Major Generals brigades....,brigadier general brigades. Probably that..

There are currently
3 full divisions
7 marine expeditionary units
3 expeditionary brigades
2 marine expeditionary forces
3 air craft wings
AW.............Just go to usmc.mil/!!!!!!!!!!

I know! But I checked! Yeah, maybe Brigadier generals might command brigades, but they also might be expected to command divisions! Oh wait......this is the marine corps god dammit!!

Where'd ya get this intel, Sarge B? Sounds fishy... even if they got rid of Brigades, it would still be mostly a name change. Someone has to command smaller units.

Sorry to embarrass you Walker! I just found out that in the army, brigade organization has "falled out". So Brigadys could control divisiojns. Bye!

The thought of Brutes being humans came naturally to me. I mean, the Grunts, Jackals, ELites and Hunters don't look remotly human. But the Brutes happen to look like big apes, wich we probably looked like at one time. And to Seargent B and Walker, thanks for the tips on ranking. I don't really know to much about the military unless its Halo related, so this is something I could really use. Peace Out!!!

Colonels can command brigades too, though...

Sorry to embarass you, Sergeant B, but Briadiers/Brigadier Generals command brigades. Major Generals command divisions, Lieutenant Generals command corps, and Generals command armies. That is the basic format. There are some sitch-'em-ups, like if he's the highest ranking officer left alive a Lieutenant can command a division. Based on that a Brigadier General can command a division, but it's not the standard command format. And I don't think FOrunnER meant a division, I'm pretty sure he just used a generic term to describe a unit. And it's interesting how NCO officers have parallel ranks that are used for chopper pilots and such... rank structure can take a while to investigate.

Very good FOrunnER! I love it. It's soooooooooo good! It's excellent. Don't think there was any errors. But let's get something straight. I suggest you change Lieutenant Burns into Brigadier General Burns. Hey, do you know about the Army or Marine Corps? I do. I'm an expert. If you need help on ranking systems, just ask me! That goes with everyone else! Okay, a Lieutenant DOES NOT command a Division! Lieutenants command platoons. A division is for a Brigadier General! Do you know that? I'll give you a brief ranking system.

Corporal-Squad
Sergeant-fireteam,combat team, like teams
Lieutenant-platoon
Captain-Company
Major-Battalion
Lt. Col-Battalion, maybe regiment
Colonel-Regiment, maybe Brigade(I don't think army or marine corps use 'em very much! Wasn't so fond of brigades...........................)
Brigadier General-Division
Major General-Division, maybe Corps
Lieutenant General-Corps
General-Army

I made this in ranking system-lowest to highest. And I didn't make all the ranks, just the general ones. Hope this helped!

PS-Sorry for all the space!!

That's a very possible twist to Halo 2 FOrunner. Brutes being humans and all, or is it?

If you like the new Covenant technology, you should see what I have cooked up for there genectic abilitie.

Oh what the hell, here's a sneak peak.

The Master Chief walked up towards the central console. He dropped in Cortana memory cube. A few minutes later she came out over him, supersized like she had on the Halo computer system. She grinned.
"Covenant fools. They made absolutely no attempt to wipe out there nav information. I have everything, from weapons systems to accurate slipspace jumps, and even Covenant history files!!!" she said excitedly, then stopped.
"What, what happened?" asked MC.
"Oh my god. Chief, the Brutes there.....humans"

I know I probably shouldn't have revealed that but I did for 2 reasons. One, i just couldn't hold it any longer. 2, I feared that somebody else might come up with that idea before I got a chance to post it.
Brutes are humans? how you ask, tune in next time.

Another great one, FOrunnER. I just thought I'd mention that Lieutenant is above Master Chief Petty Officer, with the former being an officer rank and the latter being an NCO rank. You got Burns' and the MC's roles reversed. Besides that, it was awesome, and I liked how you included new technology. 9.7/10
