Yes I know I suck when it comes to gramatical errors like that.
I remember kelly asking to lead the orbital team but MC took that team himself. Then he told Fred to lead the ground team (which I thought was odd). I cant find my book at the moment so you might be right though.

kelly was in charge of the Spartans going down to Reach, not Fred. spread out your paragraphs a little, and use the [indent] button for the beginning of each paragraph. other than that, not bad
