Damn good, damn good. Like the SPARTAN's attitude and his personality. Cold, stony, unemotional, just as a cybernetically enhanced super-soldier should be.

Next one will be up next week, and I have the third written and waiting as well. Since the title is supposed to evoke the idea of the "ironclad" class of frigates, I'm glad it worked!

Very nicely done story. I originally thought that the title was a typo, and you meant to say 'Ironclad', but now that I've read it, I don't think you would have made that mistake. I'm impatiently waiting for the next one, as I'd like to see what the 'Ionclad' actually is.
