*This is my first halo rap. I've written raps before, but never halo ones. SO give me feedback. Thanks alot and enjoy.*
Me against the Covenant,
Their army against mine,
Fighting this battle,
No love for me to find,
Raised since a young boy,
No family in sight,
Trained by the best of the best,
Trained all day and night,
Escaped from the downfall of Reach,
Crash landed on Halo,
Found the mysterious Flood,
And destroyed the ring yo,
But this struggle,
This pain,
Never left my soul,
Something stuck,
And kept me from feeling whole.
It was your lies,
Your hurtful words,
The Pain inside,
That cut me in thirds,
But to think,
I looked you in the eye,
And you never explained where I came from,
Now all I can think,
Is that your worse than those,
Covenant scum,
So this is my revenge,
My turn to watch you bleed,
My turn to lie,
My turn to laugh with greed,
So goodbye,
Farewell,
For good,
This is the last time,
I shall be,
Misunderstood.
