Sorry but this is not one of my better poems. :)-CoLd BlooDed
We're done for, I tell you.
Ever since they came,
Were done for, I tell you.
Its no longer ours to claim.
The beautiful planet of ours is ruined,
was it ever possible to defend?
I doubted that, ever since they came,
their a superior race! We are not the same.
The defenders of earth are not doing so well,
if we were more advanced could we still impel?
I doubted that, ever since they came,
if we did better then maybe I would acclaim.
All they have brought is war and blood,
we can't kill them, they are an endless flood!
Ever since they came,
we have fought a losing fight.
We try and find someone else to blame,
but we can't. All we can do is hold tight.
Trying to survive another day is extremely tiring,
but seeing the Spartan can be very inspiring.
Who knows, maybe we still have a chance?
Could we still defend, not letting them advance?
All you can do is hope and not be filled with shame,
don't worry, we'll make 'em sorry that they ever came.
