Hidden Custom Games Menus - compiled by Morningstar
Originally posted at Subnova - mirrored here for bandwidth alleviation

The Halo 3 Beta was intended to only be Matchmaking with a few game types to give the community a taste of what is to come. Though some unknown occurance, the Custom Games Menus became accessable. The only way that has been confirmed to see these menus is by joining a party that is already in the menu. This raises all sorts of questions as to how the first person found them, but do we really care about that? We all know we just want to know more about what is in store for us come September 25, 2007.
I spent the better part of my morning mapping out all the different options that are currently in the Beta version of Halo 3 (read: these are not confirmed to be in the final, released game) and have them presented for you here in what I hope is an easy to understand format.
There are many links through this article that jump back and forth. I've done it that way mostly because I am lazy and did not want to type the same information over and over and over again. I have tried to condense information as much as possible to keep the file size down and to keep myself sane from not repeating information over and over and over again. I have also included all the descritptions that follow each setting (when one was given), and I tried to copy them letter for letter, to keep it as close to the real thing as possible, but that also means that the typing errors present in the menus are in here (as well as some new ones by my own hand). Special thanks goes out to Cocopjojo for all the images you see in here (try clicking on them, they should take you to an even larger, sexier image).
Again, I would like to remind everyone that just because it is in the Beta does not mean it will be in the final product.
